Username and Free Daily Crystal issue

I think these are issues.

I clicked on the Free daily crystal then accidentally clicked free 4 hour crystal. I didn't get Free Daily crystal. I did start the countdown timer of 24 hours.

When I tried to make a name with Japanese letters I couldn't, but I saw someone else had Japanese kanji letters.

    It's either the language settings of the game, or the characters are based off the region your device is set to, this game is played globally, there's many players from Asia so you'll run into Japanese, Chinese and Korean accounts.

    I see my daily crystal in the background, but unable to get to the place to open crystal. Is there a way to?
