Grimlock crystal includes ratchet?

Once the Hippocratic crystal times out, does this mean ratchet will also be added to the loot table on the grimlock crystal?
Just want to know what exactly is in there, because I know the grim crystal came out before the Hippocratic, but it also states all available bots are in there.
