Ironhides Synergy with MV1

The synergy description says "70% chance to deal additional bleed stack when inflicting bleed". This would imply that when you slash and get a bleed stack there is a chance for two bleed stacks instead of one. But I've used MV1 a lot with Ironhide and he never gets more than one bleed stack per slash. Maybe this is just poorly worded and only increases your chance at getting a single bleed stack per slash. I'd like a moderator to check with the game team and verify the exact meaning of this synergy and if it is working correctly. Thanks.

I've been trying out this synergy combo and it appears to still not be working. I've yet to see a second bleed stack added, using a 4* ironhide.. 70% chance.
