I used my 24hr sheild after doing some raids. I spent my energon to save raid chips but after few minutes i got raided and my sheild was gone. I understand that i might got raided when i was doing raids but why my sheild was gone..that thing is expensive and i cant buy another one for like 4 days

    I think if you raid while the shield is up that you lose the shield. Correct me if I am wrong, but that's how I've noticed it working

    You do lose the shield when you raid, but there is also currently a bug affecting Shields where if you are being raided when you activate your shielf, and the Commander successfully completes the Raid while you have your shield up, it will expire the shield.

    We have a fix ready for this and will be rolling it with our global launch next week.
