Away Mission rewards need an upgrade

So isn't it time this happened or at the very least the Epic missions were updated with alpha essence instead of T2B's?
Why would I spend 6000 gold to get less than 500 t2b essence that can be easily acquired somewhere else in the game for free or from raid chips?
Would scaling the rewards up according to the person's level or how many 3 stars or 4 stars in their roster be a solution?
What say you, Forum? Kabam staff?
