    The AM Battlegroup viewing bug is a known issue and there is already a thread about it.

    As for the chips? Those are Usurper Crystal Shards and they are awarded every time you win an arena match against an opposing team that contains Starscream. As you can see in the pic you need 2000 for a crystal. My recommendation is to simply ignore them. Only the top players with the most time to spend in the arena has a shot at this. Since you are unlikely to run into a Starscream 40-50 times during arena.
