    Hey there Amano! According to the patch notes here, he should be available in the Premium Bot Crystals. If you could please provide additional information for our Game Team to review here on the forums, that would be great! First, are you not seeing him show up in the spin animation? Also, which crystals are you opening to try to get him?

    He's not in spin anaimation and premium bot crystals I opened

    Hey Amano,

    We're looking into this right now, so if you're after Mixmaster, hold out on opening any more crystals until we make sure he is in there, but you will not see every bot in the Carousal of every crystal.

    04289722 support ticket can one of you look more into this, Im being told he was indeed in crystals yet over 100 of the top players didn't see or get him till today. That's either incredibly insane low drop rate or rng.
    Even if they opened 5 crystals each that's 500 crystals and not even a measly 2*??

    I opened 1* mixmaster from daily crystal.

    Yeah, I got him as a 2* today.
