Sudden Power Bar Jump from 1 to 3

Hey Guys,

I was playing a match in AM and the power bar of the opponent suddenly jump from 1 to 3 and it released the special 3 on me.

This is totally not acceptable.

I was trying to bait the special 1 when it this happens! I did not land any hits or got hit at all when trying to bait it and it just went to 3. Please look into it.

    Were you facing Prowl? If his sig is at a high level and he uses his backstep ability, he can charge almost his entire special bar instantly.
    If it wasn't Prowl, and if there was no power gain mod or similar, then yeah that's rough
