[idea] buff the XP relics to be 'XP + Gold'

As people max out, the XP relic becomes a dead relic, if it was +%XP and +%Gold, people could still use it.
It feels really bad when max level and doing anything that normally gives xp, this helps make it feel not so bad.
Also helps with the main issue maxed out people have, gold shortage.
