Which 4* should I rank up

I got three 4*'s I can upgrade to rank two but idk who is better my 4* Original Optimus but he isn't duped or my duped windblade or duped prowl Any suggestions

    First of all, let me express my congratulations/envy!

    I think if it were me, I’d rank up Windblade. I like bleed, plus her signature ability is very powerful.

    Prowl is good too (his second special is killer, and his energy burn on special 1 can come in handy), and of course OG Prime is great even if he isn’t duped, so you can’t go wrong!

    wb is better than prowl due to heavy evades all range attacks. She kills Soundwave real easy.

    another problem with prowl is he is real bad vs rhinox once have that melee buff up on him. Keeps getting shocked when hitting rhinox' shields.

    but yea i will up OG first. He's the best there even when unduped.
