Not receiving shards/gold/ore for forging bots

I'm on latest version of the game on iOS 11.0.3. I forged an almost maxed (believe he was rank 3/3 and 25/30) 2* Mirage who was lvl 40 into 3* Soundwave and while 3* bot leveled up I did not receive anything for forging the bot. I tried it again with a lower rank bot and again got nothing.

I had the same issue...they popped in like an hour later
