The game won't let me create an Alliance

Tag "CYBPy" Name "Cybertron_PY". I already tried removing the underdash but the game keeps popping up a message saying that the Alliance name it's already in use. When I search if the name and/or the tag it's actually in use the game doesn't find any results, which leads me to believe that if the game can't find an Alliance with the name/tag I want to use for my Alliance it means that there are no Alliance with that name/tag in use.

Sony Xperia Z3+, Android 6.1. Sorry if I can't provide any screenshots. Perhaps I'll update the post later
