Arena regions

Anyone know how arena regions are determined? Meaning, how it's determined which region I belong to? If I travel from Asia to the US, will I change regions?

    It was mentioned before it's based on the region you're in when you first enter the Arenas. Doesn't matter if you switch via real movement or vpn after, stays in the initial region.
