No shards for Galvatron Chips??

Um, I traded in all of my excess chips for 4* & PBC shards but don't see them? Anyone else??

i originally thought i got none but the problem was that you 1 shard for 500 galv chips... so the nnumber changes by 1 every time. I had 25,000 chips and i got 50 4* shards in return
