Soundwave Issue

Now as much as I like how good Soundwave is there is one issue.
After I hit bots during fights using Soundwave my power meter doesn’t go up and I never get to use Soundwaves super move. Just something I think should be fixed. It’s just annoying that this causes me to never be able to use soundwaves super move.

    Soundwave is awesome, heavy to start power gain. Launch S2, rinse and repeat. Just dance around a lot till you get an opening.

    This comes up once in a while. Soundwave's power gain is very good, particularly against nasty mods where you can avoid using melee/ranged after triggering it and just wait for a special to charge up.

    If he gained power on melee hits, he would break the game, unfortunately.
