I'm not gonna get this one. 3 star programs are easy to get other than Tech. Seriously Kabam, you never have tech programs in raids! Everything but tech has come several times.

I would love to unlock the ability for my Shockwave, but no way is $50 even considerably worth it. That's buying a small upgrade for the same price as an entire game. Nope!
