New update and battery life

Just updated and I like the new changes but wanted to ask if anyon else has had a battery issue?

I play one raid or one arena and I lose 12% of my iPhone battery when before the update I could go for ages without having to charge back up.

Is this just me?

    Ugh! All the fights are stuttering and slow motion too.

    I have my phone plugged in while playing. Since this update, battery usage is greater than what can be charged. Example, was at 83%...after 5 rounds of arena, now at 71%. Not to mention phone heats up quickly still.
