Rhinox - Disappearing Ranged Attacks

This doesn't happen all the time, but every other battle or so, his ranged attacks will not travel across the field. They will literally disappear inches before hitting the opponent. This has been an ongoing issue since his release and I had hoped it would have been fixed by now as a "bug fix" at global launch. I can provide video proof if needed. Please look into this. Thank you.
