Courage Mastery after update unitended effect for Ratchet

Since courage was updated to be nullified permanently it seems that if you heal with Ratchet back over 50% it will not apply again dropping below 50%. This has a pretty serious effect on Ratchet.
I agree with the nullify point but it should reapply for Ratchet or bots that heal.
