Bought 2 Megatron crystals but only one appeared

I purchased 1 crystal then was on the crystal opening screen.
Had enough Energon to buy another one, tapped the button but nothing was added.
Restarted the game but no Megatron crystal appeared.

How do I get the Energon back or the crystal to appear?

It happened the same to me! No crystal anywhere

How do we report this?
Seems new contents is messed up.
I know this is just a small issue, but still, this should not be happening.

Can y'all write into support about this? Our teams are aware of this issue and we're currently looking into it, but until then support can further assist with not receiving those crystals.

Contact them by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main TFTF screen. From there select 'Support' and you'll be able to submit a ticket.

I bought one crystal but was charged for 2 (240 Energon). I submitted a support ticket but since someone posted a topic about a similar issue...yeah.

Opened this thread so that people who might be affected is aware.
Also, to give attention to this concern.
Hopefully it does not re-occur in future content.
