Problem in Alliance Mission

I really am not able to play in Alliance Mission the problem is that when I press on fight in the mission it takes a lot to start the fight after it stays on the loading screen and then back to the map, there is nothing wrong with my cell phone and neither with my internet, please solve it I do not want to damage my alliance

Why 1 minute before the fight? I think if this minute finishes restarting everything, I do not understand it without purpose
