Ramjet Special 2 still not fixed

So today I was playing in the arenas and well, Ramjet's special 2 is not fixed. I used his special 2 in two instances after 5 hit combos and both times it missed. On a third instance I used his sp1 after a 5 hit combo and the opponent blocked it. Yesterday I played him in the arenas and used a sp2 and it landed, so I thought it was fixed, but I guess it was because the opponent was against the wall. I am using a ZTE Axon 7 running android 7.1.1 and the game is updated to v 5.2.
