Why do I sometimes lose health before the match starts?

I’ve noticed this for a while now, before the fight starts — when the bots make their entrance — my bot loses some health. This is when it shows them jumping down or whatever it is they’re doing I see the health bar drop with the red accent and all.

Just wondering if my bot is really losing health or if this is a visual glitch or something. I haven’t seen it when my bot is at full health. Happened so far in raids and in solo missions.
