Recruiting rooms easyer acces for players

Hello guys. Have you been in any of the recruiting rooms , in Line? There are only recruiters. How is that easy to find new players? Try to do something in game, like a link or a way to inform players that they can look and decide for a new allyance more easy by using the existing recruiting rooms. Then maybe it worth wasting our time creating recruitment posters.
