Raid Shop bug

I currently can't upgrade any robots because I need items from the raid shop. It says I need to reach level 7, but I am level 17. I am using a iPad air with WiFi connection. I am playing Dutch servers. I already tried to re-log. Here's the screenshot(in Dutch of course). f4vnj3mivyej.png Can anyone fix this Please? I would love to get better 'Bots so I can keep enjoying the game!

    Hi Serbellum,

    Assuming you've finished your first raid as well, you might need to reach out to our support team, and they can investigate this for you. You can do so by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of your base screen, and then tapping the support button.
