Since I play this game, I have not found out a way to dodge Prowl's Second Attack. My only solution is to block it but sometimes I miss blocking and thus losing so much blood. Right now Prowl is the first bot of the hardest path in Special Mission and it is impossible to win him with his 2nd Attack.
Does anyone know the technique to dodge Prowl's 2nd Power Attack

    Dash backwards each time he shoots.

    Or, block the first shot, and dash back on the 2nd one. It's very fast, so this makes it easier.

    block, then immediately dash back when he spins his shotgun.. practice more and you'll be able to land it perfectly. Avoiding the 1st shot gonna be hard though since it happens so fast.
