ROTK Primal specials unblockable

For the devs.
I thought I was going crazy, so I tested ensuring I was blocking for the start of Primals s2 and s1...
They are unblockable in ROTK. There is no ability granted by Jurassic Spark or the local mod that grants unblockable special attacks.
This needs to be fixed.
Now, before anyone says "don't get hit", yeah thanks.. blocking is an emergency situation when you know you cannot avoid the first hit of the special attack.
UM can nullify the melee mod temporarily, so it does become a viable defense against Primal in a pinch when needed... Except that his specials cannot be blocked for some reason.
Please look into this devs.
