Gold crystal minimum payout is bugged

The details clearly state 2,200 minimum from a gold crystal guaranteed yet results like below are occurring.

    Ummm, so what's your point?
    It said 2,200 gold MINIMUM. Your pic shows 3,117 gold, which is ABOVE the minimum.

    Maybe they mean minimum total for all crystals opened?

    Sure, but if that's all you do then most likely they won't post anything publicly to let others know. Imo anything that someone might have spent cash on and isn't working right should be made public.

    I'd guess a large portion of users usually open several at once and would never know it happened to them.
