    You can if you contact support and it was an accident. Expect to lose the shards though. I have done this before but you have to contact them ASAP. It’s not recovered immediately either, it will take usually a few days to get them back. Sometimes a week

    Or just open a bunch of Crystal's and eventually you get it back. Just will be at rank 1 lvl 1 lol
