Enforcer synergy

Shouldn't Tantrum be included in the Enforcer synergy with Motormaster/Ramjet/Kickback since his unstoppable/unblockable abilities are such important aspects of his "personality"?
Just wondering.

    Even if he's a part of the Enforcers, it won't make much of a difference, Tantrum's burn and stun barely proc in a fight

    It's funny when he nailed the opponent with two flamethrowers without procing burn.

    It may not matter if he gets benefit or not .. MM Ramjet and kick should get extra benefit

    Unstoppable Force,, he gains buffs from them and provides their well-timed blocks 50% chance to gain unstoppable for 1 sec
