[SUGGESTION] Bot abilities interactions with mod buffs

I've noticed that not all bot's abilities interract with opponent's mod buffs. For example as we know MVI Optimus interracts with harm accelerator bleed - if opponent lands special attack, OP consumes additional stack of bleed added by harm accelerator. But at other hand WindBlade's power failure doesn't interract with Robot Resource's power gain buff. I think all such interactions should go same way: either WB power failure should interract with RR power gain or OP MVI shouldn't consume additional bleeds of harm accelerator.
