Crystals opening slowly and no bots being received from them

I’m really mad right now, I opened up a new corruption crystal and it had trouble opening so I shut the app and restarted it, I have iOS IPhone 6s, and a I didn’t get a bot or the crystal back, I then opened a daily crystal and saw a bot opened and didn’t get that bot either, it will be a while until I can get another but I would love that crystal back!!!

    I have an iOS 11 beta, I use wifi, I have Sprint as my iPhone provider

    Just a dumb glitch from Kabam games, go to support and contact them to complain about your problem
