Harm Accelerator bleed still in effect while game is Paused

I was doing some raids and was able to find an easy base to attack. I was fighting an Arcee with a Harm Accelerator mod. I paused the game since it was already the last bot to finish the raid. Went back to it and my MV1 was KO'ed.
I think this is a bug. Will try to test it out in other game modes.
But please look into this.
