New mod typo or function error?

So... Saw one of the new mods on Soundwave today, and I opened it up to read what I was facing... You see the ability tree here:
However... When you scroll down to look at the description, there's two power gain bonuses, when one should be repair bonus:
I don't know if it's just a typo, or if the mod is bugged and giving double power gain bonuses... I had a perfect round and didn't let SW hit me so it's hard to tell.
Should be tested by the team to see if it was coded wrong.
