Didn’t receive Energon purchased

I just bought $30 worth of Energon and didn’t get what I purchased...anyone else having this problem?

    Send in a support ticket.

    Also, sometimes you have to reload the game to get the items you bought

    Hi there @Drumz13, sorry to hear about that. For something like this, our support team would be the best equipped to help you out. They can be contacted directly from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then clicking the button labeled "Support" at the bottom of the menu.
