Grindor Applying Crit Debuf On Missed Attack

I noticed he was applying his crit debuff on the second hit of s1 even as it missed when up close. I have video to demonstrate with IH.

    This is normal. There's a chance to apply a Crit debuff regardless if it lands or not

    It's intentional. And all the "nearly dodged hits" are counted as landed. It can trigger Primal's armor buff, Grimlock's attack buff. It can also trigger Soundwave's reflection (you'll see Soundwave successfully sidestepping a ranged heavy but in the same time, reflect it). It's the same mechanism to trigger Mirage's attack stack after sp3, or Rolling of Hound.
