Locked Gate On Accounts

I have been in the forums for around a month now and for the past few weeks i have seen a few players accounts with a locked gate on the account. What does this mean?

    Means we're limited on what we can post for a specific amount of time because we violated forum rules more than once:)
    We cannot make new posts or comment multiple times. Mine is for like a month for calling a moderator out on the forum because I got mad.
