SIGNATURE ABILITY – EXHAUSTION
Sometimes it’s worth letting a Confused opponent tire themselves out.

While Confused, opponents have a 100% chance to lose 1.5~6% of their Current Power for each missed attack. If the opponent slips down to a lower Bar of Power they are Stunned for 1 second.

This ability dont work! When i attack enemy with Confuse, him power dont down!

    It clearly said “opponents have a 100% chance to lose 1.5~6% of their Current Power for each MISSED attack”, so THEY (or you, seriously, IDK whose missed attack) must miss on their attack (or get evaded) to lose their power

    I am very sure, it mean they must evade OR dodge YOUR attack

    Of course it's your enemy who should miss attacks to name it "Exhaustion". Think about going ninja in the boxing ring. If your enemy throws a dozen punches at you without landing a single one, they sure will get a bit dizzy and lose some power.

    In short, you land a heavy and start dodging attacks.

    It doesn't suck just because it doesn't work the way you thought it did. Try using it the way it is intended.
