As the Gold Bots are becoming common and Energon bots are in range of possibilities (Headstrong crystal)...We have to save gold for Spotlight Mission and rank up our best bots. But Energon Bots are not so useful due to their High Forge XP requirements while we are not at stage of giving away Gold Bots.
Even the Gold bots are not so high forged. Either We have to throw each bit of XP in single bot to make it lethal OR spread XP among various bots while keeping them at low Forge levels.
So we need Forge XP programs.

T1 Basic XP Program - 500 XP.
T2 Basic XP Program - 1500 XP.
T3 Basic XP Program - 4000 XP.
T4 Basic XP Program - 9000 XP.

T1 Class XP Program - 900 XP.
T2 Class XP Program - 2800 XP.
T3 Class XP Program - 7000 XP.
T4 Class XP Program - 12000 XP.

T4 for 5*.

Just make a relic that boosts forge XP.
Keep it simple.
There are too many relics to begin with. It’s very annoying to keep switching relics. Program is better suited.
Easy:
Ch1: 2 T1Basic , 1 T1Class crystal.
Ch2: 3 T1 Basic, 1 T1 Class crystal.
Ch3: 4 T1 Basic, 2 T1 Class crystal.
Medium:
Ch1: 2 T2 Basic, 3 T1 Class crystals.
Ch2: 3 T2 Basic, 2 T2 Class Crystals.
Ch3: 4 T2 Basic, 3 T2 Class crystal
Hard:
Ch1: 2 T3 Basic, 4 T2 Class crystal
Ch2: 3 T3 Basic, 4 T2 Class Crystals
Ch3: 4 t3 basic, 2 t3 class crystal.
Expert:
Ch1: 2 t4 basic, 3 t3 class.
Ch2: 3 t4 basic, 3 t3 class.
Ch3: 4 t4b, 4 t3c crystal.
Master :

Ch2: 5 T4b , 3 t4c crystal.
