Can't request help for Energy

Every time I am out of energy only can use energy item. Can never ask for help.

Also say use raid shield?

    Mine did the same thing last night. I completely closed the game and opened it back up, and it was working like it should.

    My problem is i can request for energy and my clanmate reply by clicking on the request but I've yet to receive .... Please look into this problem. Thanks
