Willpower mastery not working

I'm at rank 3 on Willpower and get zero health back under bleed, shock, or acid. All I see is my nano repair points.
Anyone else seeing this?

    You only get heal back from bleeds, and it has been reported that it does not currently work (or any other bleed defense skill) vs hound for some reason.

    It doesn't work for anything for me. Just fought Drift and Bonecrusher in an arena and nothing

    And Willpower is supposed to work for bleed, shock, and acid btw

    Apologies... I thought you were talking about MV1 specific willpower ability

    Np...I figured that after I read the post...MV1 is working fine. No one else is though

    Tested but it works.
    Willpower rank 1, IH fighting HA-Bonecrusher, green number (greater than 1 which is nano repair at rank 1) flashing when dealing melee and ranged damage.

    See mine doesn't do that. I can see my nano repair going strong and MV1s willpower works, but not on other bots.
