Alliance Member Locked out of Account

So we are going through Map 3 all fine on day one of this weeks Alliance Mission, when all of a sudden towards the end of the mission around 2:30 Pm eastern Time, we are made aware that one of our members has been locked out of his account.

Member has a ticket/email correspondence with Kabam, to which Kabam replies "..We are currently experiencing a large number of contacts regarding this specific issue, and so we may be unable to answer you individually. That said we did want to let you know that we are currently investigating your concern..."

What is this all about? We are losing out on rewards because we have a member that is locked out of the game, seemingly due to a error on Kabams end. Now we are stuck behind the Alliances that are already stronger and will continue to get stronger quicker, because of this problem. Will Kabam do anything to correct the issue and give us what we are losing in rewards because of this error which seems to be on their end judging by the "...large number of contacts regarding this specific issue..."

    We are unable to assist with account specific issues in the forums so I am going to close this thread. I see you mentioned that the member does have a ticket open with the team already and the issue will be handled there.
