GI BUMBLEBEE and G1 BLASTER MISSING AFTER I BOUGHT G1 BLASTER FROM THE STORE

i got a G1 BUMBLEBEE FROM THE BEE HIVE CRYSTAL. I MAXED IT. IBOUGHT A BLASTER FROM STORE THE NEXT DAY WHEN I OPENED YHE GAME MY G1 BUMBLEBEE AND G1 BLASTER IS MISSING. KABAM PLEASE GIVE ME MY G1 BUMBLEBEE AND G1 BLASTER
