Game Account lost

On 10th July I did a routine game update from my Google playstore.
After which my level 41 account was lost. And when I login to the game, my account was lost and restarted right at the start of level 1.
I tried several times to contact the tech support. They responded but their solution did not work
I have sent them multiple enquiries for updates and status since last Friday. To date, they have not responded to my emails at all. Received some emails that tells me my case is closed. This is outrageous
