An improved chance?

Am Only one that didn't get the feature bot from the crystal bundle that the put out a couple weeks back. I got both the starscream and Grimlock and none gave me the feature bot. I was trying to let it go because it is a chance but as I face other people in arenas and see their bots duplicated, I can't help but think that should be me.

    Feature crystals don’t guarantee in any way shape or form a feature bot, a 3* bot or 4* bot. There’s a guy that spent 40k energon just to get one the features and dupe recently...

    I understand the, but I mean crap not even a two star at least? Or even a bot that isn't the feature bot but isn't available in the normal rotating bots. I mainly got two star duplicates. I think that's pretty ridiculous
