Last Day to Collect Galvatron Chips

I apologize if this was answered somewhere else. If it was, can somebody point me to the discussion.
I was wondering when the last day to collect Galvatron Chips was? The Spotlight Mission ends on November 2 @5AM PST. But the Raid Store shows you can purchase Galvatron for another 8 days. Does that mean we will have opportunities to acquire Galvatron Chips for another 8 days passed the November 2nd end date?
In particular, I am wondering when the last day we receive Galvatron Chips for duplicating bots during crystal openings would be. I am really close to getting the 100K Galvatron but I would like to know how many chips I need after the Galvatron Bounty before I buy a bunch of Premium Bot Crystals.
