Is anyone else having issues with this: Rhinox special 1 is suppose to nullify an attack buff and make them bleed but its never working

Exactly, it never happens, although the descriptions claim that these two effects happen at 90% and 100% respectively.

It was working before 4.1 update but broken after.

Maybe some kind of silent nerf... this happens a lot of times in MCOC
