Arena Losing Win Streak through Bug

I keep getting my arena winstreak annihilated in the Waspinator event by a glitch. Before I fight anyone, a glitch occurs where i lose my streak without battling, but it injures all my characters.

This is a terrible user experience, not to mention it totally undermines all arena tournaments. Fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Compensation should happen too

    1) has been happening since beta and hasn't been fixed happens to all of us
    2) you won't get compensation none of us ever have

    They need to care about players. No wonder they sold so low

    I work in mobile gaming. Their customer service is laughable

    I have had problems with giving me a loss when I won a fight. This has happened a few times now contacted support still have done nothing
