Primal's Sp1 bleeds Ironhide

I saw this in Arena when I fought Primal with Ironhide. He used sp1 to inflict a stack of bleed to IH! Since I was autofighting I told myself I may mistake that with his SP2. Then I switched to manual and bait another SP1 and took it: bleed again. Primal's SP1 is said to "revenge" any bleed but IH doesn't have any.
