Should we have a leader class?

First poll, let's see how this goes
Should we have a leader class that don't have a disadvantage, but maybe a limitation to not make them God tier?...say for instance, one leader on a base defense...or something like that. I kinda feel S-1000 is a leader class..

    If Tactician is a leader class then why is MV1 a Brawler?
    I'm talking strictly a Prime/Leader class...the Megatron/Galvatron/Prime type figures..not necessarily that has an advantage over the others, but no disadvantages towards others.

    If the Fallen is a Leader class then MV1 really needs to be put in this same class....because Prime.
